Immunizations: All students entering Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten are required to be up to date on the following Immunizations: Polio, DTaP, Hepatitis B, MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), and Varicella (Chicken Pox). Below is the Guide to Immunizations Required for School Entry:
Medication: Students MAY NOT bring any medications to school, including over-the-counter remedies, without a Medication Authorization form signed by the prescribing doctor and the parent/guardian. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us! The form can be printed here:
Fever: A fever is defined at 100.0 and above. If your child is sick with a fever, the District Policy is that the student is to remain out of school for 24 hours after a fever is gone WITHOUT MEDICATION. For more information, please refer to the following website:

Diarrhea: If your child has diarrhea, the District Policy is that the student is to remain out of school until resolved.
